This year's European Heat Pump Summit in Nuremberg is expected to go ahead after the Bavarian state government announced a further easing of Covid-19 restrictions.

Providing there is a sustained decline in infection rates, the authorities say it will be possible for trade fair operations to resume by September 1 at the latest. The summit will take place on October 26-27, in line with its usual schedule in the year between the biennial Chillventa exhibition.

Industry representatives will gather at Exhibition Centre Nuremberg for knowledge-sharing on market developments, technology and application trends covering all aspects of heat pumps. At the accompanying foyer expo, participating companies can also present their latest products and innovations.

The four main thematic streams at the European Heat Pump Summit 2021 are market trends, R&D, development of components, and heat pump applications. The Call for Presentations is already online here.

Those unable to travel to the venue will have the option of following the presentations as a live stream.
