Electronic Temperature Instruments Ltd (ETI) has a new budget version Differential thermometer kit on the market for HVAC engineers.
The ETI Differential thermometer measures temperature over the range of -99.9 to 299.9 °C with a 0.1 °C resolution or 300 to 1372 °C with a 1 °C resolution. Its key features include a custom, LCD display with °C/°F, T1, T2, diff, hold, open circuit, low battery indication and a user selectable backlight. It has an auto power-off function which kicks in after 10 minutes, which extends its battery life. It is cased in durable ABS cased with an integrated rubber seal to keep out water and minimise damage to it in the field. |
The thermometer allows the user to use two type K thermocouple probes simultaneously. The display can be switched to show probe T1 or T2 temperature or the difference between probes T1 and T2 (T1 minus T2).
The unit’s two thermocouple inputs make this thermometer ideal for HVAC applications including flow and return temperature measurements, and radiator output checks.
Price: £87.50 (ex VAT)
