 | Compressor manufacturer BITZER has launched a free app for users to check the authenticity and warranty status of its products. The SPOT app also contains extensive documentation and a directory of all BITZER and Green Point service points as well as all certified dealers. |
To verify the authenticity of a BITZER product, users can simply use the app to scan the QR code on the product which protects customers from counterfeits. The code can also be used to activate the extended warranty of a product.
Other features include product documentation and contact details for all BITZER and Green Point service points and certified dealers, with a route planner for the quickest route.
The app is free to download from the App Store or Google Play.
