Refrigeration, air conditioning and heat pump industries require a highly skilled and diverse work force to achieve its future needs.

To meet this challenge RACHPskillsUK have partnered with WorldSkills UK portfolio of technical skills competitions to promote the industry, to a wider audience as a career choice; the importance of the industry in everyday life and show case latest product innovation.

Our experts have specially designed a series of live tests, developed training information and e-learning opportunities to engage apprentices, educators and students. Running alongside this is a full media campaign with national coverage

There are 6 live qualifying competition rounds hosted at Colleges and training centres around the UK, followed by the national final in front of 80,000 young people, giving a prestigious platform to promote the RACHP industry to a wider audience for involve brands.
