 MyLo Nine Elms Point in Vauxhall | Wright Maintenance has secured a major service contract with leading rental housing company Greystar. The company, part of leading M&E building services provider J S Wright, will service MyLo, a collection of 172 Greystar-owned and managed high-specification luxury apartments at three London locations: MyLo Nine Elms Point, MyLo Fulham Riverside and MyLo Aldgate. |
The Greystar contract includes comfort cooling, ventilation, heating and hot water. The largest part of the support will be for MyLo Nine Elms Point in Vauxhall where the company will service mechanical ventilation heat recovery, cooling interface units, fan coil units. underfloor heating, heating interface units and hot water storage cylinders for 118 properties.
