Daikin has launched an Environmental Product Declaration (EPD) for its VRV5 Heat Recovery R32 system.
The manufacturer says the declaration is the first of its kind and further demonstrates its commitment to the environment, adding that transparency is crucial when it comes to reducing carbon emissions and unnecessary energy consumption.
Matteo Dall’Ombra, Product Manager Commercial at Daikin UK, said: “Transitioning to more sustainable products is a key priority for Daikin. The introduction of the EPD is concrete evidence that we are delivering against this. It gives customers and installers key environmental data and will reassure them about our product’s green credentials.”
