Swegon has signed an agreement to acquire UK air handling unit (AHU) manufacturer Dalair Ltd.
Founded in 1981, Dalair employs 150 people across its head office in Wednesbury, near Birmingham, and further sales offices in London and Manchester. With net sales of £17 million in 2021, it offers bespoke AHUs in various segments covering commercial buildings, offices, retail, health care and pharmaceutical industries.

The closing of the deal is expected to take place in January, 2023.
