StrutFoot has acquired condensate pumps distributor Pumps2go. John Emm will remain with the business as technical director.
Strutfoot is an established manufacturer of HVAC flat roof support frames, plant decks, louvre supports, rubber and plastic feet, along with in-house manufacturing of ancillary products. Pumps2go is the UK and Eire distributor for Siccom condensate pumps and sensor products.
In a letter to customers and suppliers, Strutfoot managing director Steve Richards said: "Pumps2go will fit into the Strutfoot portfolio of businesses very well, giving us even more offerings to our well-established customer base of partners across the UK and Eire.
"Technical back-up and specification will still come from John Emm, with the addition of our sales team helping him out. Orders will be dispatched from three destinations: Burton on Trent, Chester and Wednesbury.
"We are looking forward to pushing the Pumps2go business into a new era and establishing the brand as a major player in our markets with our exclusive partner Siccom.''
