The 2019 congress theme is Refrigeration for Human Health and Future Prosperity, and papers and seminars will explore issues including energy efficiency, reducing global warming, protecting the ozone layer and the effect on food supply.
Star's group MD, Dr Andy Pearson, will be delivering a paper entitled Energy performance of industrial cold storage facilities, which focuses on making improvements in the energy efficiency of cold stores.
Group sales and marketing director, Dr Rob Lamb, will be presenting research on the Experiences with selecting natural refrigerant solutions for small capacity industrial food production and temperature controlled storage applications.
