SPX Cooling Technologies has appointed industrial process cooling specialist Prokool as its representative in northern England and Scotland.
York-based Prokool is led by Directors David Gawthrope and Steve High, who have a combined 35 years of experience in the industry.
SPX Cooling Technologies designs and manufactures Marley evaporative cooling towers and is aiming to build its global footprint with representation in several strategic territories.

David Gawthrope said: “We are keen to bridge the gap that possibly exists between the factory product and the customer. We have extensive experience in designing and installing cooling systems – both evaporative and non-evaporative – to ensure total system efficiency.
“We are excited to work with a large globally recognisable brand, SPX Marley. Together we are able to offer a full range of process cooling system solutions from 1kW to 100 MW.”
