Proud of your engineers? Nominate them for the Institute of Refrigeration's Life Achievement Award.

The Service Engineers' Section of the Institute of Refrigeration is making an award for Lifetime Achievement to an outstanding service, maintenance or installation engineer.  UK contracting companies are invited to nominate one of their employees – an individual who has devoted their entire career to the refrigeration and air conditioning industry.

The winner of the award will be invited to attend the IOR Dinner to gain the recognition and appreciation of the whole industry – and a prize of £400.
Engineers must be still active in the industry in a service role and would normally have worked at least 20 years in the sector and shown a willingness to undertake activities outside their usual job description - for example, mentoring trainees and apprentices, writing technical papers and giving toolbox talks.
