 | The Shop and Display Equipment Association (SDEA) hosted a networking event for retailers and suppliers in Birmingham. A record number of members, retailers and industry professionals had the opportunity to mix business with pleasure as the retail display industry body continued its policy of staging events around the UK. |
Director Antony Behiels said: “We realise that the association cannot be totally London-centric. Our members are always pushed for time and so we must hold events that are easily accessible for those who live further afield. Last year we held an event in Manchester, so thought Birmingham would be the ideal location this time. Feedback from the event has been fantastic and we look forward to holding more events like this in the future.”
SDEA member Bob Garton, Managing Director of Glencourt Associates, said: “Those members and guests who did not attend missed a good event.” Paul Hurtado, Commercial Director of Bright Green Technology, added: “Great night! Really good to meet everyone.”
