Schmitz Cargobull partners with 24/7 Assistance

Schmitz Cargobull has joined forces with service provider 24/7 Assistance in a move a move designed to improve and expand the capabilities of Cargobull Euroservice.

Britta Sprey, Managing Director for After Sales at Schmitz Cargobull, said: “In our partnership with 24/7 Assistance, the focus will continue to be on our service promise of reliable trailer availability for our customers. To ensure the 24/7 Assistance team can provide Cargobull Euroservice with the support it needs, we have organised comprehensive training in order to enhance their in-depth understanding and technical expertise for Schmitz Cargobull products.”
  
Schmitz Cargobull Euroservice offers personal support until the breakdown or maintenance job has been completed. The services available include towage and recovery, service for tyres, axles, cooling units, electrics and electronics, advice on legal issues and arrangements for replacement vehicles.

Currently, approximately 1,400 authorised Schmitz Cargobull service partners are available throughout Europe to guarantee service for trailers, cooling units and other digital components as well as spare parts availability.
