Wholesaler FSW will use its upcoming refrigerant roadshow to introduce a new range of CO2 packaged condensing units.

The three events, in Newcastle, Birmingham and Southampton, aim to update customers on key issues in the industry.
Remy Prunac of Profroid will introduce the range of QuietCO2OL units now available from FSW and explain the benefits of moving to CO2.

Equipped with an inverter-drive compressor and matched to a full range of Searle evaporators from Kelvion, the range is aimed at small businesses such as convenience stores, petrol stations, restaurants and commercial caterers. The range offers a capacity range with medium temperature application 0.8-9.1kW and low temperature 0.7-6.4kW.

Mark Henderson, FSW Commercial Director, said: “QuietCO2OL is an innovative and flexible solution aimed at helping smaller businesses reduce their carbon footprint, noise emissions and energy usage in a more serviceable package.”

Also at the roadshow events, Peter Dinnage of Climalife will discuss the latest developments in low GWP refrigerants and shed light on the reasons behind the ever increasing refrigerant prices affecting the industry, while Robin Green of FSW will offer practical advice on the move to R32 and look at the latest tools available.

After launching in Newcastle on 18 June (6pm), the roadshow moves to Birmingham on 20 June (two sessions, 1pm and 6pm), followed by Southampton on 21 June (6pm). Food and refreshments are available at every venue on arrival, followed by the presentations.
