Engineers at our UK-based service centre have over 40 years’ experience repairing, servicing and calibrating tools and even some of our sales team are ex-engineers. Our extensive knowledge and experience mean that we see beyond product features and benefits, important as they are, and can focus on the fine detail of how a product works and which one is fit for your purpose.
Our goal is to provide customers with the best advice, so they can make informed, long-term decisions. Naturally we’re sticklers on compliance too and the company is quality assured to the ISO 9001-2008 standard.

Protecting your investment
If you’ve bought any of our products, or a product distributed by JAVAC (eg: JAVAC, JAVAC Edge, Refco, Spectroline and Veto), then you automatically have access to our first-class service and repair centre in Middlesbrough. This is where or engineers can carry out annual checks to ensure compliance, maintain your products to keep performance levels high as they were when new and, importantly, ‘keep them on the road’.
Because we know time is money, we won’t waste yours; we can complete a service or repair on your product and have it redelivered within five days of the quote’s approval.
We also provide a calibration service for any products, including manifolds, gauges, scales and leak detectors, providing they in full working order, if not, we can repair and then calibrate. We also carry out bulk calibrations and can calibrate new instruments within 48 hours but often do this in 24.
We are the UK’s only HVAC/R tools manufacturer to offer a full service and calibration service in the UK and we’ve made the whole process a very simple one. Just drop your product off at your local wholesaler who can send it to us and we will take care of the rest, from quotation to delivery back to the wholesaler again. What matters is that whenever your precision products need to be serviced, repaired or calibrated, we guarantee they’ll be in the best possible hands – those of our engineers.
