Precision is extending its Retro range
Precision Refrigeration will showcase a number of new products at the HOST Milan show in October.

Retro refrigeration
Precision will be extending its Retro range of refrigeration products, with back bar counters and single door upright models being added. Retro back bar counters will be available in 2, 3 and 4 door versions. The single door upright cabinet is available with standard solid doors, or a choice of clear or reeded glass doors, or even solid wooden doors. The external dimensions are W600 mm x D745 mm x H2005 mm.
New to market is Precision Connect, a cloud based IoT (Internet of Things) solution, giving visibility from both a maintenance and temperature monitoring perspective on Precision products. Precision Connect can be accessed anywhere and anytime via a web browser or mobile app and also comes with what the company describes as a virtual support technician. 
Blast chillers
Precision has also invested in its blast chiller range. A new controller aims to provide customers with added functionality and performance options on the PCF15, PCF40 and PCF50 models. The blast chillers now have a controlled thaw function, in addition to the blast chill and blast freeze modes.  
Wine storage
The WS700-1950 is a single door upright cabinet with a capacity of 88 wine bottles, and will be available to view on the stand. With a width of 700 mm, a depth 600 mm, and a height of 1950 mm, the WS700-1950 is ideal for storing and maturing wine. There is also the WS700-900 wine under counter available in the range, which has a bottle capacity of 27 bottles. Both solutions come with tinted glass, LED lighting and slide out wooden wine shelves as standard.

Cheese storage
Another new product is the Precision CM700-1950 cheese maturing cabinet. With a settable temperature range of +2 to 15oC, this cabinet is suitable for storing all types of cheese. The CM700-1950 has a width of 700 mm, depth of 600 mm, and height of 1950 mm.
Meat ageing
The meat ageing cabinet has also had an update. Now known as the MA700-1950, it offers customers an enhanced storage capacity to store even more meat. Himalayan rock salt is supplied as standard with the cabinet, to enhance flavour, and to optimise humidity regulation.
