Mike Creamer will be the next president of the Institute of Refrigeration (IOR) after members selected him as their president-elect.

The founder and MD of Hampshire-based training and consultancy company Business Edge had been nominated for the role alongside REFCOM's Graeme Fox. He will now join the IOR board of trustees and support the current president, Kevin Glass, until his term concludes in November next year.

The result of the election was announced at the IOR AGM in London, where ACR Journal publisher Juliet Loiselle and Lisa-Jayne Cook, a sales and applications engineer at J&E Hall, were elected to the board of trustees, replacing David Bostock and Mike Nankivell, who have completed their three-year terms.
