Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Air Conditioning Europe (MHIAE) has introduced its next-generation residential air conditioning range, the ZT Series.
Building on the ZS Series, the manufacturer says the ZT range has been re-engineered to deliver higher energy efficiency, simplified installation and servicing and low noise operation.
The ZT indoor units incorporate a newly designed heat exchanger, a high-efficiency fan motor and an enlarged fan blower diameter, achieving better airflow to deliver a long reach of up to 11m. In addition, the ZT Series offers two silent operation modes - Silent and Ultra Silent. In Ultra Silent mode, sound levels are reduced by up to 9dB achieving noise levels as low as 36 dB(A) .
Achieving higher SEER and SCOP ratings than the ZS range, the ZT units are said to maintain efficient operation at nominal heating capacity even when outdoor temperatures fall to -10 °C .
Indoor units are available in Snow White, Matte Texture Black and Titanium Black, with outdoor units offered in Stucco White and Jet Black. The range spans five capacities, from 2-5kW, providing flexibility for various room sizes and applications.
