The second annual World Refrigeration Day will take place on the 26 June 2020.
LG is a proud supporter of the World Refrigeration Day campaign this year having been a sponsor twelve months ago in the inaugural year for this new celebration. The initiative will again raise the profile of the important contribution that refrigeration, air conditioning and heat pumps make globally across so many aspects of modern life – including in the home and in business premises.
Here in the UK LG is a growing and ever more important supplier of world leading technologies incorporated in the wide range of equipment available through its network of distributors. In the past twelve months, LG has introduced a number of important new products utilising the advanced technology that supports the industry.
“We’re delighted to be involved again this year and in fact are so confident of the importance of this event that we have already signed up for next year – 2021 – as well,” says LG’s Hugo Lambourn. “There were more than 800 physical events in more than 150 countries around the world last year and whilst of course Covid-19 will ensure that physical events will be few and far between, we are happy to be supporting a number of virtual events on 26th June.”
