Simpson's ISO 17025 accredited laboratory enables them to collect high quality, traceable data for their research. The humidification system's specification has stringent tolerances to ensure they stay in line with United Kingdom Accreditation Service (UKAS) standards.

Humidity Solutions design included two Neptronic SKE resistive humidifiers, which have a high tolerance of mineral build-up without affecting output or control.

As Steve Gill, Simpson's laboratory manager said:
“The advice and service we received from Humidity Solutions were excellent, and we are very pleased with the new system.”
Humidity for the conditioning chambers comes from the Neptronic SKE humidifiers via steam distribution units. Sensor controlled, the humidifiers are connected to internal controllers which provide 'modulating output. This means the control is accurate.

Humidity Solutions designed, supplied and project managed the installation and commissioning.
