Johnson Controls has announced the acquisition of air conditioning and refrigeration service provider Cool Solution.
Cool Solution designs, installs and maintains all types of comfort systems, covering ventilation, air conditioning, and heating across the commercial sector.

No immediate changes are planned with Cool Solution continuing to operate with existing staff members and immediate management structure.
