 | The Institute of Refrigeration is working to increase female membership to 100 by the Women’s Engineering Society 100th anniversary in June this year. The IOR’s Women in RACHP group launched the ‘100 before a 100’ campaign with the existing membership figure at 48. |

- Affiliate for those without technical experience or qualifications
- Student and Young People for younger members and graduates
