Ingleton Wood appoints director of sustainability

Property and construction consultancy Ingleton Wood has announced plans to grow its sustainability team and services in Oxford and surrounding areas following the appointment of Shawn Galliers as director of sustainability.

He will lead the expansion of a new team of sustainability specialists with ambitions of becoming a recognised centre of excellence. He will also work with teams and clients across the UK.

Shawn has spent his career working across the built environment and will also lead on supporting clients to ensure projects are delivered as sustainably as possible – whether in design or delivery – and ensuring sustainability is integrated across all practice areas.

Having joined BSRIA early in his career and qualifying as a surveyor, he has developed industry-leading expertise in the sustainable design, operation, and maintenance of buildings. This includes thermal and physical modelling, carbon reduction strategies, and energy services.
