Hydratech has been awarded the prestigious ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 accreditations.

To achieve the awards, the leading heat transfer fluid manufacturer was externally audited across its operations, providing evidence of management systems, quality of products & services, and customer care. Hydratech’s strong environmental performance, efficient use of resources, and reduction of waste was also recognised.

Hydratech, a division of Liquitherm Technologies Group, first achieved the ISO 9001 accreditation in 2006, with a primary focus on manufacturing and supply. Since then, the company has grown significantly. Most notably with the introduction of the Fluid Management Services (FMS) division - providing specialist engineering and maintenance services to customers installing, commissioning, operating, or optimising large cooling and heating systems.

The FMS division is now included in the new company-wide 9001:2015 accreditation, a demonstration of Hydratech’s commitment to delivering a fully integrated approach to heat transfer fluid formulation, selection, and management.

The ISO 14001:2015 standard is the international standard for environmental management systems (EMS). It recognises Hydratech’s pledge to reduce its environmental impact.

Issued to protect employees and visitors from work-related accidents and diseases, ISO 14001:2018 is the international standard for occupational health and safety.

Mike Rush, Hydtratech operations director, said: "Gaining the awards has been a huge team effort! The ISO accreditations provide us with internationally recognised standards, that demonstrate the quality of our products, customer service and day-to-day operations throughout Hydratech.''
