Hayley Cattell has been promoted to Managing Director of wholesale group Beijer Ref UK & Ireland. John Billson, who is appointed Vice President, will continue to oversee all UK and Ireland operations whilst concentrating on group strategy.
Cattell joined the business in 2010 as Sales Engineer for north-east England. She later became Product Development Manager, where she was instrumental in the introduction of CO₂ condensing units. This was followed by several senior roles, most recently as Group Sales Director.
Recognised as RACHP Woman of the Year at the National ACR & HP Awards in 2024, she is also a Chartered Manager with the Chartered Management Institute and a Fellow of the Institute of Refrigeration.
