 | Wireless environmental monitoring equipment manufacturer Hanwell Solutions has been acquired by Denmark-based Ellab, which provide thermal validation solutions for the pharmaceutical, medical and food processing industries. Hanwell was identified as a target for acquisition due to its product range, which fits with Ellab’s brand and product portfolio. Hanwell will continue to operate as a standalone entity and CEO Ian Robinson will remain in post and join the management team at Ellab. |
