 Richard Huckett, Operations Director of Raw Made Simple | Cold Store Rentals has installed new freezer facilities for a start-up pet food business in Essex. Raw Made Simple, which specialises in high quality, raw food for dogs, needed refrigeration capable of rapidly freezing down pet food produce within a 24-36 hour timeframe and directors Kay Ryder and Richard Huckett turned to Cold Store Rentals for a solution. |
| | The new 3m x 4.5m freezer, powered by a Zanotti electrical refrigeration system, has been designed to be relocated or extended at a later stage if required and installation was completed in a day. Kay Ryder said: “Our objective is to capture the high end, convenient, quality pet food market; targeting consumers who want to feed their dogs healthy, nutritious meals. We offer a totally different concept of feeding your dog; using a “no touch process” and recyclable materials, our food will be easy to use. Simply, thaw, open and serve. All our food is traceable using an innovative bar coding system, so we can see exactly where the ingredients came from.” Steve Prior, Managing Director of Cold Store Rentals, said: “We are delighted to work with this fantastic business.
