 | The IOR's Women in RACHP Network has launched a survey designed to analyse perceptions about the gender parity gap in our sector. The research focuses on cultural change, and the results will be used to help promote the opportunities of clear progression paths and healthy work-life balance, in order to attract, retain and develop talent in the industry.
