Coolair Services boosts senior team

Air conditioning contractor Coolair Services has made three senior appointments with a combined 70 years of experience to further strengthen its offering to the industry. 

Scott Lightfoot joins as national account manager, working with existing clients and overseeing the setup of new projects. He previously held a similar role with Coolair Equipment Ltd.

Phil Dickinson arrives as a regional sales manager, following 17 years of service at Coolair Equipment Ltd. Both ONC and HNC qualified, he is an expert in air conditioning units and design.

Gideon Mayers, also joining as regional sales manager, started in the industry in 1994 before progressing to lead engineer at Coolair Equipment Ltd in 1997. In 2001 he became junior contracts engineer within the office team and was most recently managing regional sales with 27 years of experience.

John Gay, who founded Coolair Services in 1997, said: “I’ve known Scott, Phil and Gideon for many years now and each one of them really is an expert in their own department. They have fantastic industry knowledge and are a powerful, well-cohesive team and I’m really pleased they’ve joined us. I really do think that this will help the business step up its offering, with some exciting things already in the pipeline for the future with our new team.” 

Coolair Services has offices in Manchester and London, plus engineers across the UK.
