Farnborough-based Cool Projects is celebrating 20 years in the HVAC industry and says its success is built on a commitment to customer satisfaction.

The family-owned business was established in 1996 and now works across the country for customers including Boots, The Co-op and Poundland. The firm currently employs 28 staff.
Founder and Managing Director Adam Dyne, who set up Cool Projects in 1996, said: “We are thrilled to be celebrating our 20th anniversary and have achieved this milestone through hard work and dedication to our customers. When I first set up the business we only had myself and my wife Chris and now we have a team of engineers on the road, visiting customers every day.

“Even though the technology in our industry has advanced hugely, the most significant factor in our success has been delivering maximum customer satisfaction. This was a goal we set ourselves on day one and is just as important, two decades later.

“For us, whether you are a home worker who wants their garden office to be comfortable all year round, a restaurant which needs to keep their diners at the right temperature or a retail brand with thousands of shops, we provide a reliable, resourceful and respectful team of air conditioning engineers for your business.”
Cool Projects has unveiled a new logo as part of the anniversary celebrations and recently held a conference followed by a party for staff, engineers and key customers.
