The ACRIB Refrigerant Handling SKILLcard is now available digitally, giving cardholders instant access via a convenient mobile app. Cardholders can download their ACRIB SKILLcard directly to the app, ensuring it’s always available when they need it.
The app also allows users to update and monitor their qualifications and renewal dates. With this tool, cardholders can stay on top of their professional requirements and ensure their certifications remain up to date.
The ACRIB SKILLcard allows operatives to include all refrigerant handling qualifications they hold including Hydrocarbon/Flammables, Carbon Dioxide and Ammonia. These are in addition to the mandatory F-Gas Certificate and Health and Safety Awareness Test that all card holders have to have to obtain an ACRIB SKILLcard.
The card is available in white, blue or gold depending on the vocational qualifications held. In addition to improving convenience and efficiency, the move to digital demonstrates the scheme’s commitment to sustainability. By reducing the need for plastic cards, cardholders will be helping to cut down on waste and contribute to the industry’s Net Zero goals.
