Innovation means further positive change and growth for the company
Andrew says;

Andrew’s previous role was that of Managing Director of the oldest brick factor in the North of England, established in 1949. Holding full operational and commercial responsibility the focus was on implementing new processes and procedures across the business to increase the efficiencies and speed up business processes directing the strategy towards profitable growth and sustainability.
Andrew is also a key member of the executive team at Alpaca, a team of growth specialists who help ambitious businesses grow their sales, profitability and EBIT and a CEO coach and mentor with Vistage UK.
