How Stadia Three will look
Building services provider J S Wright is to help kick-start the residential phase of a multi-million-pound regeneration scheme in Wimbledon.

The M&E services specialist has won a contract valued in excess of £4 million to provide the engineering infrastructure systems for Stadia Three, the first residential element of Wimbledon Grounds in Plough Lane. Wimbledon Grounds is a joint venture between housing developer Galliard Homes and housing association Catalyst to build 632 homes and commercial space on the site of a former Wimbledon dog track.
J S Wright, which has its headquarters in Birmingham and an office in central London, has been commissioned by Galliard to supply and install the shell and core services for the three seven-storey brick apartment buildings, which will hold 114 one, two and three-bedroom high-quality apartments.

Scheduled for completion in October 2020, Stadia Three is being built next to a new stadium for AFC Wimbledon, which is returning to its spiritual home after nearly 30 years.
