Judges Criteria

 

Entry Guidelines

  • One category per entry: Each submission must be specific to one category.

  • Multiple entries: You may enter more than one category, but a separate entry form is required for each.

  • Entry limits: Each organisation may submit a maximum of two entries per category to ensure fairness.

Written Entry

  • The main written entry must not exceed 1,000 words.

  • Include references to supporting evidence within the main text.

  • Do not include irrelevant or excessive material — judges will only review referenced evidence.

Supporting Evidence

You may upload relevant supporting files such as:

  • Project summaries or case studies

  • Product literature or technical specifications

  • Client testimonials or references

  • Photos, videos, or press coverage

  • Company policies (e.g. sustainability, training, etc.)

Important:

  • Keep files concise and relevant.

  • Maximum file size: 10MB per file.

Eligibility

  • Products: Must have been launched into the UK market within the last 18 months.

  • Projects: Must have been completed within the last 18 months.

  • Nominations: Individuals and organisations may self-nominate or be nominated by others, depending on the category.

Judging Process

  • Entries will be assessed against the published criteria for each category.

  • Judges are looking for clear, evidence-based submissions.

  • Focused, well-presented entries supported by relevant, high-quality evidence will score higher than unfocused or overloaded submissions.
