Judges Criteria
Entry Guidelines

One category per entry: Each submission must be specific to one category.

Multiple entries: You may enter more than one category, but a separate entry form is required for each.

Entry limits: Each organisation may submit a maximum of two entries per category to ensure fairness.
Written Entry

The main written entry must not exceed 1,000 words.

Include references to supporting evidence within the main text.

Do not include irrelevant or excessive material — judges will only review referenced evidence.
Supporting Evidence
You may upload relevant supporting files such as:

Project summaries or case studies

Product literature or technical specifications

Client testimonials or references

Photos, videos, or press coverage
-
Company policies (e.g. sustainability, training, etc.)
Important:

Keep files concise and relevant.

Maximum file size: 10MB per file.
Eligibility

Products: Must have been launched into the UK market within the last 18 months.

Projects: Must have been completed within the last 18 months.

Nominations: Individuals and organisations may self-nominate or be nominated by others, depending on the category.
Judging Process

Entries will be assessed against the published criteria for each category.

Judges are looking for clear, evidence-based submissions.

Focused, well-presented entries supported by relevant, high-quality evidence will score higher than unfocused or overloaded submissions.
