Samsung HVAC has announced a distribution partnership with Powrmatic, which it says marks a significant step forward in expanding its presence across eastern Canada.
Powrmatic operates six branches located in Toronto, London, Ottawa, Montreal, Quebec City and Halifax, allowing them to serve key markets across the region. With more than 80 years of experience, Powrmatic is widely recognised as a leading distributor of residential, commercial, and industrial equipment in the HVAC, electrical and hearth sectors.
It is a subsidiary of Deschênes Group, a family-owned company founded in 1940 and based in Montreal. As the largest Canadian-owned enterprise in its field, Deschênes Group operates 202 points of sale across Canada and the United States, supported by over 3,000 employees.
