Refrion invested in Europe's largest climate chamber for testing
Italian ventilated appliance specialist Refrion is to install 13 dry coolers on the roof of a new biomass power plant in Croatia.

The contract continues the growth of the company, which invested in the largest climate chamber in Europe for testing dry coolers.
The coolers for the Croatia plant are capable of distributing 14mW of power to cool the water in the turbine cooling circuit. All  are equipped with axial fans and special filters to protect the finned pack of the appliance.

Investment in the climate chamber led to more significant orders last year, including  the installation of adiabatic coolers at the headquarters of a famous Swiss watch brand.

CEO Daniele Stolfo said: "We are very satisfied with these orders, important projects not only for their financial value, but, above all, because they confirm that being able to guarantee our customers precise tests on the units we provide is the winning key to gaining trust and references.''
