The new Clivet production line in Feltre, Italy
Clivet's new production line for ELFOEnergy monobloc heat pumps using R32 refrigerant is now in full operation in Feltre, Italy.
The manufacturer became part of the Midea group in 2016 and the ELFOEnergy Sheen EVO and Storm EVO, using inverter technology and designed for outdoor installation, are a result of collaboration between the companies.
Clivet says the units represent the most advanced solution both in terms of environmental impact and energy performance, far exceeding what is required by the European Ecodesign LOT21 regulation.
Clivet chose not to take manufacturing abroad, investing instead in a line that employs local staff, as it did in 2017 with the opening of the AQUA line for the production of heat pumps for domestic hot water.
