Invertek Drives has appointed Electro Pneumatic Solutions as its sales partner for Serbia, Kosovo, Macedonia and Montenegro.

Belgrade-based EPS is a leader in solutions for automation and industrial processes, working with companies in food processing, mechanical rooms, pharmaceuticals, energy, renewables and robotics.
The company will provide sales and servicing of the Invertek Optidrive range of variable frequency drives and associated technology.

Rhydian Welson, sales and marketing director at Invertek said: “EPS is an established provider of industrial process solutions and we’re pleased to be welcoming them to our global network of sales partner.

“Our worldwide sales and servicing network ensures customers can access professional sales and technical expertise for all Invertek VFD solutions and EPS strengthens our position as a leader in the drives sector within Serbia, Kosovo, Macedonia and Montenegro.”

Nemanja Milentijevic, CEO of EPS, said: “Invertek VFD technology is second to none. We’re pleased to be representing such an established leader in the field. With our experience in providing industrial process solutions and the reliability and durability of the Invertek VFD range, we know we can provide customers the best service possible.”

Invertek Drives recently completed a new 5,500sq metre global manufacturing and distribution centre at its headquarters in Welshpool, Powys, UK. This will allow the company to increase production to more than 500,000 VFDs a year.

EPS also has a sister company, GELID, that manufactures and installs refrigeration modules primarily for the dairy industry worldwide. It already uses Optidrive VFDs as part of its products.
