 | Components manufacturer and supplier DiversiTech has acquired Ohio-based hand tool specialist Stride Tool. Stride produces the Imperial, Milbar and Lakeland Products brands, along with Bright Solutions International, a supplier of leak detection products and speciality hand tools. |
The acquisition expands DiversiTech's tool offering and increases the company’s US manufacturing sites from from five to six.

The deal is one of 11 acquisitions by DiversiTech in the past 28 months, including UK-based Pump House in January 2016.
The company offers more than 17,000 items in over 200 product categories.
