 | Aspen Pumps, the condensate removal pump manufacturer, announced today that they have bought German heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration (HVACR) distributor, Malessa & Schüller. Buying the German firm, which is based in Dusseldorf, will help Aspen Pumps with its European expansion plans, and should shape it into an even bigger competitor in Germany. Herbert Malessa and Wolfgang Schüller started the distribution business in 1992, and developed it into a major business in the German HVACR market. Aspen Pumps has a long history with Malessa & Schüller stretching back over 19 years. |
