Renewable energy specialist isoenergy has been acquired by energy investment company ComPro Investments.

Isoenergy chairman Justin Broadbent has sold the company after 11 years in charge and now joins the board of ComPro.
He said: “The acquisition was a mutual decision, and with the renewables market looking brighter than ever, both parties are really excited about the next stage of growth for Isoenergy.

“isoenergy now has a great opportunity to expand faster than the steady organic growth we have enjoyed for years. This is going to take the company to a whole new level.”

The current isoenergy management team will continue to run the company.

Isoenergy is based in Horley, Surrey, and also has an office in Tewkesbury. It specialises in specifying, installing and commissioning air source and ground source heat pump systems, alongside other renewable energy options.
