ait-group, has announced the appointment of Heiko Folgmann as Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The experienced executive will assume his new position on April 1, 2026, taking overall responsibility for the corporate group, which includes the brands alpha innotec, NOVELAN and KKT chillers. In his new role, Folgmann will be responsible for the further development of the ait-group and will actively help shape the energy transition.
Heiko Folgmann brings more than 20 years of experience in the heating industry and extensive expertise in the strategic development of companies. In various leadership roles, he has successfully demonstrated how organisations can achieve sustainable growth and continued development in a dynamic market environment. This gives him a strong foundation for further advancing ait-group’s focus on sustainability and future proof solutions.

The existing management team will remain unchanged. In the future, Sjacco van de Sande as well as Marco Roßmerkel will focus on continuing the positive development and growth of the company.
