As part of Hamworthy Heating’s continued investment in innovation and service excellence, the new Commercial Service Division brings together the company’s expertise across all commercial heating and hot water products into one dedicated team. This specialist service gives customers direct access to nationwide commissioning, warranty, servicing and breakdown support from highly skilled engineers.

Hamworthy Heating customers can now benefit from next-day recovery response under warranty, supported by a 90% first-time fix rate on condensing commercial boilers and water heaters, helping to minimise downtime and keep systems running efficiently. This service is backed by clear and detailed reports delivered within three working days. The new division also provides support for Tyneham heat pumps. Together, this approach delivers a reliable, customer focused service that ensures commercial heating and hot water systems continue to perform at their best.
