Freedom Heat Pumps, has announced the appointment of Graham McCracken as its new Managing Director.
Graham brings over 20 years of experience in customer insight and strategic leadership, including a decade at Certas Energy, the UK’s largest independent fuel and energy distributor.
He’s built and led high-performing teams, driven strategy, and championed customer-centric change across multiple sectors.
In his new role, Graham aims to focus on providing customer service excellence, showcase the company’s technological expertise, and strengthen supplier relationships at a time of growing demand in alternative heat sources.
As part of the focus on customer excellence, Graham has appointed six new members of staff to the business based in Bamber Bridge, near Preston, Lancashire.
On his appointment, Graham said: “It’s an incredibly exciting time for Freedom, as the industry enters a transformative stage. Customers are not only looking for quality heat pump products but excellent service and technical support too.”
