Thanks to a recent expansion to its manufacturing footprint and the addition of new production lines, Aermec is now offering faster lead times across its heat pump and chiller portfolio as demands for lower carbon HVAC systems continues to rise.
Aermec’s uplift in manufacturing capacity is in direct response to customer requirements for high-efficiency, low carbon technologies to support building owners, facilities and estate teams as well as mission critical projects work to meet tighter project schedules, whilst progressing decarbonisation goals.
Manufacturing lead times across the HVAC industry vary, typically 10-12 weeks but Aermec has cut this down to eight working weeks for most small to medium sized chillers, ASHPs and water-to-water boosters.
“Our ability to reduce lead times gives customers a meaningful advantage that is well ahead of the rest of the industry,” comments David Evans Aermec’s national sales manager.
“We recognise the increasing pressure our customers face to meet tighter project schedules. This strategic investment gives customers faster access to the performance and reliability they expect from Aermec, a trusted brand in the HVAC sector.”
Aermec’s expanded production capabilities come at a time of great change in the HVAC industry as the market continues to accelerate adoption of lower carbon technologies. Regulatory pressures, sustainability targets as well as the need for resilient, energy efficient infrastructures using less resources are shaping procurement decisions and manufacturers that can adjust and swiftly navigate often complex and time sensitive projects offer customers a critical advantage.
