A-Gas is pleased to announce that it has been named a finalist in the LCS Awards 2026 in the Impact Excellence category. The nomination follows the launch of A-Gas’s Business Excellence programme in the UK in 2025, a major step in strengthening operational excellence and embedding Lean ways of working across the business.
Building on earlier rollouts in the US and the Netherlands, the UK launch is helping teams work more consistently, solve problems more effectively and deliver stronger outcomes for customers, colleagues and the environment. The programme gives employees a shared framework for improvement, focused on reducing waste, improving capability and keeping the customer at the centre of decision-making.
In feedback shared with finalists, the awards judges said, “A-Gas was selected for delivering clear operational impact through practical, shop-floor-led improvement. Their work showed how listening to teams, using data and tackling real process issues can unlock value, reduce waste and improve day-to-day performance”.
Winners will be announced at the LCS Conference & Awards 2026 on 23 September in Manchester.
The finalist recognition reflects the progress A-Gas has made in the UK since launching Business Excellence and underlines its commitment to building a stronger, more agile business for the future.
