Temperature control specialist ICS Cool Energy delivered a swift resolution when a leading plumbing product manufacturer experienced a serious problem with its cooling system.
The well-known manufacturer found itself in a difficult situation when its existing service provider failed to respond promptly to a critical issue with the cooling system. The initial diagnosis proposed by the service provider indicated a substantial refrigerant leak, necessitating a costly replacement of the condenser coil.
