Advanced Engineering believes it is taking problem-solving to the next level with its specification visits to large sites.
The visits are designed to identify the most efficient solution to problems and Advanced’s engineers assess the situation to determine the most suitable product from its range. When no existing solution is available, the company sometimes sets about creating a new one.
Recently, engineers from Advanced visited a leading luxury chocolate manufacturer that was having problems with layers of fine sugar building up and blocking the coils of its air handling units in the production area.
With nothing in its existing range that dealt with sugar while being suitable for food production, and nothing available on the market, Advanced went away and formulated a new product— RTU Sucro.
A spokesman for Advanced said: "This is just one example of the benefits of a site visit and how we are working with customers to find (or develop) solutions for every problem.''
