Williams Refrigeration says its new modular dual temperature coldrooms offer a flexible solution when kitchen space is at a premium.
The coldrooms are available in a range of options, including different floors, doors and refrigeration systems, ande modular design allows operators to make maximum use of space. Both fresh and frozen products can be stored in a single room, which can also be located outside if required.
Williams says it has seen a big demand for coldrooms that can be sited front of house. They can be clad in a range of finishes and can have feature windows built in to display product to the customer – such as wine, meat or cheese.
