Mechanical and electrical (M&E) contractor, Comserve has won a national contract with Allied Irish Bank to provide maintenance and installation services to its 22 UK branches for the next three years, the company announced.
The contract covers the heating, air conditioning and lighting in its offices and high street branches. Customers and employees will benefit from a comfortable, compliant environment.
Comserve, part of the Incentive FM Group, won the deal through property agents McBains Cooper. Comserve has 70 mobile engineers who will be carrying out a thorough maintenance program, as well as the bank's statutory testing and inspections.
The M&E contractor has a 'multi-skilled' engineering team, and specialist suppliers, who will provide a 24/7, 365 emergency call-out service.
